Our Pool pods is designed to enhance accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges, including older adults. This allows older adults to enjoy the therapeutic and recreational benefits of swimming and water-based activities without physical barriers. The Pool pod platform provides a quick and simple means of swimming pool access. The pool pod can bring you down to the pool floor level in 20 seconds either seated or standing. We aim to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for people of all ages and abilities.
Swimming and water-based exercises offer numerous health benefits, particularly for older adults. Aquatic activities are low impact, which reduces strain on joints and muscles, making them ideal for individuals with arthritis or other age-related conditions. By incorporating a pool pod, we are encouraging older adults to maintain their physical fitness, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

The Pool pod is available during all public sessions and also by Private group hire by appointment.
