Splash

Wexford Swimming Pool & Gym are now running 10 week pre booked splash classes for children between the ages of 4 – 6 years old. Splash is a fun, highly interactive and educational class for preschool children. During your child’s time in our splash class you are guaranteed that your child will enjoy water based activities along with some educational but fun water safety tips. Our splash class offers you the added security of having a fully qualified life guard and swimming instructor in the water with your child at all times.

Our instructors will take part in games to build your child’s confidence.  Simple games like blowing bubbles, ring a rosie, and jumping in will be taught alongside floating and kicking exercises to give your child the best possible start to swimming.  Water safety in and around the pool will also be explained to your child in a fun and friendly way.  Toys and floats will be used during the class but at all times will be supervised by the instructors.

With small class sizes your child will learn in a safe and enjoyable group environment.  Our 30 minute splash class is a great foundation for your child before they move on to our more structured swim lessons when the commence primary school.
