Teen Gym

  • Our Teen Gym classes cater to teenagers aged 12-16.
  • Classes contain a mix of cardiovascular and resistance exercise.
  • Our fully qualified and experienced instructors take our teen gym participants through a fitness programme that is tailored to their needs keeping in mind their age and ability at all times.
  • During the class our instructors introduce an appropriate warm up, cardiovascular and resistance exercise, a cool down where the proper stretches are taught to the participants.
  • The class is an excellent opportunity to maintain and improve fitness.
  • Participants are supervised in the gym at all times by our qualified gym instructors.
