- Our Teen Gym classes cater to teenagers aged 12-16.
- Classes contain a mix of cardiovascular and resistance exercise.
- Our fully qualified and experienced instructors take our teen gym participants through a fitness programme that is tailored to their needs keeping in mind their age and ability at all times.
- During the class our instructors introduce an appropriate warm up, cardiovascular and resistance exercise, a cool down where the proper stretches are taught to the participants.
- The class is an excellent opportunity to maintain and improve fitness.
- Participants are supervised in the gym at all times by our qualified gym instructors.
Class times: Tuesday & Fridays 6.30pm
