aqua aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is low impact exercise to music class performed in the pool, using the water as resistance. There is a fun and social element to aqua aerobics that is not found in many other fitness classes. It helps build cardiovascular stamina and improve your flexibility. Exercises in the pool can help with recovery from injuries and help speed up the rehabilitating stage of the injury muscles, bones or joints. Pool or water based activities can be more effective than land based exercises, as there’s less stress and strain on your muscles and body. Aqua is Suitable for during pregnancy – please consult doctor before commencement. Aqua Aerobics is on Monday and Wednesdays at 10 am and 7pm, the classes are first come first served no need to book and are 45 minutes.
adult lessons
Adult lessons are Tuesday evening at 8pm and Wednesday evening at 7.45pm for 10 weeks. Our adult lessons are suited to all swimming abilities and fitness levels and improves physical & mental wellbeing and its never to late to learn. The Class ratio would be 1:10. Please check the timetable for availability and the next registration date for our group lessons.
